Accounting & Tax Solutions, Certified Public Accountants was established in 1991 as a Georgia CPA firm to provide accounting, tax preparation and business planning to small business owners and individuals. We recognize that each client is different and has their own unique set of goals, problems and circumstances. We tailor our services to meet the needs of each particular client. The firm provides complete tax services as well as bookkeeping, payroll, incorporation services, business and tax planning. We provide these services to a wide variety of small businesses in the North Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
Larry Hoffman, CPA
Larry has been in public accounting since 1988 and opened his own practice in 1991. He graduated with a BA in Accounting in 1968 has been a CPA for over 30 years. Prior to being in public accounting Larry was a corporate controller in the manufacturing, printing, retail and wholesale industries. He also owns several residential rental properties and has extensive knowledge in this area. Larry specializes in new business startup and business and personal tax planning. He uses his experience to in these areas to develop financial accounting and tax strategies to help his clients achieve their goals.
Juli Crawford, CPA
Juli has been with the firm since 1995 when she graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in accounting. She has been a licensed CPA since 2000. Her main focus is on the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns. Juli also assists the staff and our clients on tax matters, bookkeeping and monthly payroll services.
Carolyn Maddox
Carolyn joined the firm in 2006. She graduated from Georgia State University in 2005 and is an Enrolled Agent. Carolyn’s emphasis has been the preparation of personal and business tax return preparation. She also provides our clients with individual and corporate tax planning.
Benny McDonald, CPA
Benny joined the firm in January of 2009 coming from the telecommunications industry as a controller. He graduated with a BBA from UGA in 1985 and completed his MBA in 1999. Benny has been a CPA since 1987. Benny has experience in the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
Allison Bowman
Allison joined the firm in 2005 and holds various certificates in accounting and bookkeeping. She began her career in 1991. Allison is experienced in QuickBooks consulting, payroll processing and monthly bookkeeping.
Susan Davis
Susan joined the firm in 2006. She has over 14 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll. Susan is responsible for all aspects of our payroll department.
Sumi Prabhu
Sumi joined the firm in 2006 and has a degree in economics. She has over 6 years of experience in QuickBooks and payroll processing.
